We appreciate your willingness to host us on our tour in March and hope the following is helpful as you plan for our visit. The following will serve as confirmation and hopefully facilitate completion of arrangements as needed to host the band during its visit to your school on _________.

- We will need sixty chairs for set-up and a suitable public address system.
