IMPORTANT!

All members are expected to eat with the group at the scheduled places and times. Host schools and churches are usually upset if noticeably fewer than what they have planned for are present for the meal.

 

Note:

Short tours, even more so those that are longer, should also include time for sightseeing, guided tours at places of interest, and stops for group meals at eateries, recreation, amusement, and shopping.
