Leisel Marie Rogers

Leisel Rogers is the music teacher at Mount Ellis Academy, a position she has held since 2000. She directs all of the music ensembles, teaches private lessons, and is Head Girls’ Dean.

A native of Saginaw, Michigan, Rogers graduated from Great Lakes Academy in 1995. She attended Andrews University, where she completed a B.A. in music in 1999. Her husband, Jason, a native of Canada and also a 1999 graduate of AU, teaches Bible and is Head Boys' Dean and Vice Principal at MEA. The Rogerses have two children, Ava and Lucas.
