Leilani Stahlnecker Kritzinger

 

Leilani Stahlnecker Kritzinger resides in the Riverside, California, area where she teaches piano and voice and directs the children's and youth choirs at La Sierra University Church. A soprano who has also performed as an alto, she has sung solo roles in several productions, including alto soloist in Mozart's Requiem, Gabriel in Haydn's The Creation, soprano soloist in Bernstein's Chichester Psalms and Mendelssohn's Elijah, and alto soloist in Haydn's Lord Nelson Mass.

Kritzinger began voice studies in 1998 at the University of Guam with Randall Johnson. That fall she transferred to La Sierra University, where she studied with Patricia Edwards and J. Craig Johnson. She completed a B.Mus. in music education at LSU in 2001. She has taken master classes under Faith Esham and Megan Weston.
