Ian Wilmoth, a pianist, was a lecturer at Australasian Missionary College, now Avondale College, in Australia, from 1944 to 1946, where he taught piano, organ, and trumpet lessons and taught music theory classes. An adept musician with an A.Mus.A., he provided an important transitional need in music at AMC during the post-World War II years.
