Glenn S. Richardson

1955 - 1992

Glenn Richardson was the first to bring legitimate choral music to Maarten, Netherlands Antilles. He founded the Deo Gloria Chorale in 1980 and in the next eight years presented Christmas cantatas on the island that became the highlight of the season. In his short life, he became an important figure in the musical life of that country as he directed choirs and accompanied other groups in his country. Richardson completed a B.A. and an M.A. at Andrews University.
