Frank Restesan

Frank T. Restesan is band and orchestra director at Union College, a position he has held since 2007. While studying English at Atlantic Union College in 1997-98, he taught violin, viola, and cello in the preparatory division. He was in charge of string instruction at Antillian Adventist University from 1998 to 2001 and served as interim music department chair there in his last year there. He taught at Clare E. Rogers Elementary School in College, Place, Washington in the 2001-2002 school year.

A native of Romania, Restesan received a Bach Performance Diploma from the Bach Academy in Stuttgart, Germany in 1992 and undergraduate and master’s degrees from the Romanian Conservatory of music in 1995 and 1996. He completed a DMA in orchestral conducting at the University of Arizona 2007.
